Design

Here is how the process works. Our process begins with a meeting with the client to determine your needs.  With a budget in mind, we begin a preliminary design. The preliminary design includes the site layout, planting areas, surfaced areas, and a preliminary plant list appropriate for your site. Next, we meet with the client to discuss the preliminary plan and to make changes to better meet the needs of the project.  A final design is now completed, and we do a detailed cost estimate and bid, based on your budget.  

Experts advise investing 5 to 15 percent of the value of your property in landscape design and installation.  Real estate experts say the cost of good landscaping can be recouped 100 to 200 percent when you sell your house.  Another advantage of hiring a professional landscape company is to be assured that the plants chosen for your yard are appropriate for your yard's climate and sun exposure as well as functional reasons such as screening and wind blockage.

Installation
